Honemade gnocchi dumplings-- small, buttery potato dumplings that taste like pasta. Add braised pinenuts and slice up the squash, then sprinkle over it as a fun, colorful topping. Or puree the squash and make butternut squash ravioli.

Definitely pork..either a roast or paneed pork chops, stuffed pork chops, any kind of pork will do.
