In some ways yes and some no. I'm aries/taurus but have alot more taurus qualities. I dated my ex off and on for 6 years and he is a virgo. He was a major perfectionist and found all the little things that were wrong with me and couldn't see past them. Also we both were very very stubborn. Could work. Ours didn't though.

I AGREE WITH SLIKK.
I am a Taurus and my husband is a Virgo. We have been married for almost 6 years and have been together a little over 11 years. We are sooooo stubborn. So, disagreements will come about, but what makes things work is the way you deal with the disagreements. Compromise if you have to. Whether taurus and virgos are compatible, it's up to you, not astrology.

Yes, they are.I want to add that, in my opinion, every relationship needs time and effort from both persons. But if nature helps, its better.
