If you have to ask then you do not have the skill to do the job, who diagnosed the flyback transformer ?. If it is burnt or has smoked then there is a good likelihood of further faults .

You let a TV Technician to do it.

Its not worth getting zapped,( Thousands of volts) in the process of learning.

Are you sure its the flyback?
