This is what I make when I want good home cooked food but I'm too lazy to make anything difficult. This is so easy that you basically just throw everything in a baking dish, mix it a little bit, and throw it in the oven and when the oven beeps it's done. Simple. And yummy. :o) 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup, or cheddar soup, or cream of broccoli (anything goes) 1 can of chicken broth 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (or just broccoli or whatever you like) 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Directions: Stir the soup, broth, rice, vegetables and any seasoning in an 11 x 8-inch (2-quart) shallow baking dish. Top with the chicken. Season the chicken as desired. Cover. Bake at 375°F. for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Top with cheese. Let casserole stand for 10 minutes. Stir rice before serving.

There is a provision in most Food processors to peel of the peanut skin. Use a blade which is basically designed for it. using food processor or rotational movement to peel off is something just amazing and takes less than A Minute to wash your hands off it. :). Refer User manual for exact blade to be used for this kind of peeling. the rotation also removes the nose off the peanut making it better to eat and avoid headaches. Use the Juicer jar and plastic blades.
the peanut nose causes headache when eaten roasted or raw.
