Assuming his girlfriend does not know....
It means at the very least that you can't trust him to be honest with you. What will he hide from you for whatever reason he can justify?

It depends what you mean by playing around. Playing or flirting doesn't equal to cheating. We all flirt in different ways but would never cheat on the person we are with. Flirting is just a way for us ascertain our physical and sexual value because I am sure you are aware that in a relationship sometimes we forget to tell our partners that they are sexy and things of this nature. So he just maybe using you for this purpose. It ain't him being a cheating bastard until he actually goes out with you and gets some of your biscuit. Hell I have even gone so far with flirting that I ask a woman out but I never go through with it. I just wanna know I still got it, that I am still desirable to other women.

That he's not a good guy to be messing around. Say that he breaks up with his girl and wants to date you what makes you think that he won't mess around with other girls while he's with you... He did it before so he might do it again and break your heart. Plus what if your not the only girl that he's messing around with he might be messing around with others. You don't need a guy like that.

you are his booty call and you are a whore for knowing he is with someone else. if he is messing around with you he is probably messing around with someone else. Just think when you sleep with him you are also sleeping with the other women he is with. So the next time you go down on him just think your probably tasting the last woman he was with.
