This guy likes me and i like him but neither one of us will fess up tell each other that we do. He flirts with me and I couldn't tell at first. I found out when his best friend and my peer passed me a note telling me he did...I am getting really confused on how to deal out the news and solve this problem

Here's a really corny idea since notes are being passed around.
Remember in elementary school, one of your classmates would give you a note that said Do you like me? Mark Yes or No. Modify to your standards and give it to him up front and tell him to give it to you then next time he sees you. Try it and see what happens. Hopefully you should get the response you want.

You're going to have to (forgive the wording) grow some balls and talk to him and let him know how you feel. Once that's out of the way, he will open up and you two can start the fun and love of dating.
