why not go monochromatic? if you both like shades of blue go with that. There are shades of blue with purple, green and cream in it. Monochromatic means sticking to one color but all shades in that color.

It depends on what shade of blue you go with. Personaly I love black, deep red, and a blue/gray wedding colors. Black most always looks good with blue, it helps to make the blue stand out. A deep red will also help to brighten things up.
If you go with a darker blue then I would go with cream colors and mayb a pink. NOT baby pink or neon pink, but a nice blod pink.
Hope that helps give you some ideas. Congrats on your wedding.

Blue and yellow are always beautiful because it doesn't matter what shade of blue it is, the yellow will still compliment it. If yellow is a little too bright or extreme, try silver or an irredescent off-white color.

Silver compliments blue very nicely, also yellows and pinks. Have you given any thought to the "tiffany wedding" Blues and browns. Those wedding are beautiful. Just some food for thought.

Check out the raspberry color from David's Bridal... it's what i used for my summer wedding (which was outside) and it was beautiful! I had some baby blue flowers missed in with my decor and bouquets so i know it would also look great with any blue you pick out! They have kind of an aqua type blue that's gorgeous!!

YELLOWS PINKS GREENS- YOU COULD DO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU WANT. PASTELS ARE NICE HOWEVER IF YOU WANT TO GO BOLD- GO BOLD. IT IS A SPECIAL DAY FOR YOU BOTH. ASK YOUR FIANCE TO PUT TOGETHER SOME COLOR CHOICES AND IDEAS OF WHAT HE WOULD LIKE AND YOU DO THE SAME GIVE YOURSELVES LIKE 3-5 DAYS AND SOME SPACE AND SEE WHAT YOU BOTH COME UP WITH. THEN SEE IF YOU CAN COMBINE BOTH IDEAS TO MAKE IT SPECIAL FOR YOU BOTH.
