I have this fear really bad of taking meds. can't even put them in my hand, I suffer from chronic depression and anxiety attacks, I do suffer alot, when I'm sick can't take antibiotics, what can I do?

I wish i could tell you the answer to this one. I have the same problem . The only thing i have found is have someone hide them in what you are consuming and dare them to tell you they were there if you don't notice. This way you have nothing in the immediate to fear. Fear is a terrible thing I live with it everyday. People that don't have it can't understand. All I can say is talk to yourself and pull up as much strength as you can. If you have a safty person ask them to help you deal with the problem. I know from my life it is all too real. You can email me if you like and maybe we can exchange information. This is not an easy thing to deal with.

Start a walking program. Exercise and physical activity will lessen the anxiety, and also tire you out enough to sleep at night. Exposure to sunlight is like a natural anti-depression medication too.

stick them in macaroni noodles then start swallowing them whole. It works.

JUST THINK CLEAR THOUGHTS , DO DEEP BREATHING EXCERSIZES , THIS HELPS ANXIETY. .PLEASE TRY TO STAY ON YOUR MEDICATIONS , THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT , FOR US TO FEEL GOOD BOTH PHYSICAL AS WELL, AS MENTALLY..
