only if the needle that is being used hasnt been cleaned and the needle was used on someone that has aides. otherwise no.
so make sure if u get one .. the needle is new and clean

There have been cases where a person has got the HIV virus by using contaminated needles (ex. dr. users who share needles). In your case you should make sure that the tattoo needle is always sterile and new, otherwise don't do it. Better safe then sorry.
