5 small meals a day each consisting of about 300-400 calories is a good way to keep your metabolism up. Eating things like salads and lean meats, wheat bread, and fruits will give you a very healthy diet.

You should eat every 90 minutes to 3.5 hours. You should include a 3-4 oz portion of fat free, low fat protein. A full cup handful of fruit or vegetables and lots of water. Watch your salt intake, the lesser the better. Watch seasoning you use for hidden calories.

Oh sweetie it is "supposed" not "so post". I don't know how old you are but you need to pick up a dictionary and stop counting calories.
