If so many don't care, then why are they so obsessed with the Christian church and it's teachings? So often I see the words "who cares" in their responses but it doesn't stop the flood of questions about why Christians this and why Christians that! People love controversy!

Because they are curious and convicted. Maybe God is drawing many of them- and I hope so! But yes, why would someone who really does not care continue to inquire of the Bible and salvation?

I do not care about other relegions and when I see a question on them, I never look at them. Well unless it is a question asking what is wrong with that relegion--then I do give some facts on it.

Yes. People love controversy. I love the Christian religion. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s completely delusional, but maybe that what I like about it; the fact that such a mass amount of people can convince themselves of anything for the sake of comfort over reality. It’s an incredibly interesting mythology as well.

Are the ones saying they don't care the same ones asking the questions? Probably not.

People want to believe they are "right". Thus the controversy and the semblance of caring.

Why are you complaining about it? If they're asking questions, than that means some of them are curious and who's to stop that curiousity? And if they just want to start something, then let them. It's called faith for a reason, so it's pointless trying to use "facts" to compromise someone's Christianity.

maybe because Christianity is the majority religion in America and thus plays an important role in society whether or not any individual agrees with it.

Left untamed, religion teaches things like intelligent design, which is far from intelligent. For the betterment of society, I CARE!

I can only speak of myself in saying I do care! That's why I waste so much time in this section. It is really interesting to hear the diversity.
