on average it is healthy to lose 2 pounds per week anything more than that leaves you with the risk of gaining it back quickly. gaining weight isn't always bad but if on the BMI chart you are in a healthy range, then stay the way you are. if you aren't then you need to look into losing the extra weight or gaining the weight. don't just benge eat to gain the weight, you will have the wrong kind of weight gain. talk to a doctor before you start anything.

Do you mean overall or week to week? If overall, go with body fat percentage or healthy weight ranges for your height. If you mean week to week, I would say that around 2lbs a week is healthy, which a personal trainer told me.
