i am in the 4th month of diet program(with contol of food intake and watch i eat,exercise,no dinner & carbo) i have lost 17kg. i begin to feel tired following what i have plan and done in the last 3months. my weight is dropping quite slow now. any recommendations.

i know there is nothing like the best diet plan, but please advise what i should do. i want to be skinner

I have followed many, many diet plans and have been able to lose weight with all of them. But the problem is that I''m unable to maintain the eating style of the diet plan. The only plan I really think makes sense is called ThinTuition. It basically says, eat when you're physically hungry, stop eating when you're not hungry anymore. It's so simple, yet very powerful. I really don't think people gain weight because they're physically hungry all the time. They gain weight because they eat too much when they're *not* hungry. The ice cream looks good so you eat it, but not because your stomach is grumbling. Check out the website, and read the book "The Overfed Head". Very enlightening.

5-6 small meals throughout the day (totaling no more than 1200-1500 calories) and lots of exercise. I lost about 3 pounds a week that way and have kept it off since then.
