Honey don't pay attention to the obvious stupid answers. But that is a hard question to answer without more information,Like what stresses you out is it school? If so go to your counsel er at school get her to give you suggestion. Is it home? Are things good at home,If not find a adult to talk to that you trust. Try to only stress over The things you can change and change them. The things you have no controll over you have to let go.I know you are thinking this lady is crazy all that is easier said then done......And you are right but you have to kick yourself in the behind and do it.All the other suggestion taking a bubble bath, reading, exercising are all great stress reducers,Also writing in a journal or going out with friends are some other suggestions .You are the most important person and you have to take care of yourself and I hope that the stress in your life is the everyday stress that we all face and nothing serious that we cant see here .Good Luck!!!

hi this is a good question what are you stressed about. at 16 it sounds like you have alot on your plate. ok here are some things you can try. warm bubble bath , or just taking a slow short walk and looking at things, reading a book, listning to your favorite music , laughing at anything or a fake laugh calms your brain sends a hormone to the brain to be happy or have a day out somthing you enjoy can be anything. ok try this maybe you have to much to do or on your mind everyday write a list to do at first put 1-2 goals to do and if you dont get them done so what put on your list to do next day as you get things done add 1-2 more then i would get a note book and write down your feelings you are feeling nobody has to know about it but you you can say anything they are your thoughts if you worry abt people seeing write it down then tear it up or somthing i hope this helps good luck

I know a way if you want to try it, that is.A good Ole fashion BATH with salts of your choice and a candle, with a book on how to relax, or a book of your choice. No shaving or washing your hair allowed in this bath, just relax. I DO know how had it is to do this, but with Little effort and spare time set aside, you should be able.Treat this time like an apt at the doctors office and hold all calls too!! good luck and clear you mind.

I am not telling you to go to a therapist but obviously something is making you stress, take some time to try to figuire out what those things are and do your best to eliminate them from your life. I used to be stressed all the time but I finally had to understand that you can't and shouln't sweat the small stuff..life is too short..you are too young to be worrying...be a kid and have fun..lighten up...my favorite line was what is the worse thing that could hapen if I................good luck to you...

You can figure out what has helped you relax in the past. For me reading always does it, movies/tv, or going out to eat and having a long talk with a loved one. It is different for each person.

i recommend fishing.
although its hard to get it at first.. and its really confusing to someone thats just starting.. as to what gear to buy and what to do here and there... lol, but it really does relax you a lot.
specially when you go alone and you sit there starring out at the setting sun. gives you a lot of time to think. and what better way to solve problems then to think them out... ay?
plus you meet cool people and become best friends in a matter of minutes.. haha

You need some down time alone in a dark room with some soft classical music. Just 30min a day should do it.
