If your front floor is wet with coolant o may have a cracked/broken heater core. Does the fan work? Get the coolant, water pump and heater core checked.

Check your radiator coolant level.
Also you may have a vapour lock in the heat-exchanger in your heater.

Maybe your cooling system is low on antifreeze - check the level. If that's normal, the water pump might have a loose belt or it might be failing.
