Does she cry and cling to you for dear life when you try to leave her? Or does she just not want to go? Maybe she's bored in her class. Is she ready to move to the next class. Did something happen at daycare? when your at home and not really doing anything ask her why she doesn't want to go. Maybe it's something you two can fix together. I would talk to her teacher(s) about it.. Are there any new kids or new staff? Have any kids or staff members left recently? I would ask these questions first, then go from there.

It sounds like something happened that she is uncomfy with. Take the time to talk with her. Don't badger her but keep asking even if it takes days to get to the bottom of the problem. This is important!
It could be anything. She is young and will have some problems explaining if it is complex. She may not want to tell you if she has been threatened. It could be anythin or nothing. You must find out tho.

This sounds like she might have had a problem in day care. Perhaps she has not been able to express it to you, given the limited vocabulary of a 3-year-old and her probable inability to understand the reasoning behind people's actions.
If it were my child, I would sit down with her and ask her what she used to like in day care and what she didn't like, not putting any pressure on her but only gathering information.
If a conflict becomes apparent, I would also have a talk with the day care provider. Your child may just be protecting herself against a real or imagined harm.

Could be a change in staff or content talk to the director of the center and see what has changed then talk to your child and see what she likes and doesn't. It may be a simple as she isn't getting along with someone or she is having difficulty with a new curriculum concept. Good Luck!
