I don't think there's really a healthy, safe way to lose a lot of pounds really quickly. You can lose water weight pretty quickly if you cut out refined sugars and other "bad" carbohydrates, like bread and rice. Eat things with a good balance of protein, fat, and good carbs, and get a good amount of exercise each day, and your body will quickly lose some water weight, and then gradually keep losing weight (as long as you stick to the diet).

i found the e book to be very informative and elementary to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in basic terms in touch that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too rapidly. i will admit i've got no longer observed the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the indexed ingredients and meal plans (yet quite often) and doing little or no exercising, however the load keeps flying off. In three days, just eat a tiny lunch and drink like 10 glasses of cold water throughout the day. And smoke, it will curb your hunger. This might be the most unhealthy thing to do in the world but the few times I've had to get weighed in for various physical and military activities, I could lose 6lbs or so in that time frame. Just know yourself. If you are feeling lightheaded or dizzy or just plain awful. Stop what you're doing and make yourself a healthy snack. People slip into comas and die doing stuff like this.

WHAT? Dont do any of what the guy said above! Why why why try and loose weight 3days before you need to,you should have been doing this over a longer period,its not good for you to be using things like enemas or shop laxatives...thats what people with eating disorders do and you dont want to be getting into things like this! Its so sad seeing people like this! I am overweight myself but I am not resorting to making myself ill to make others happy! Please just be happy the way you are unless you want to loose weight a more healthier way! X

you waited too long honey, 3 days isn't enough time to lose anything but water weight. If you simply need to lose the weight so the scale reads lighter, try an enema and no salt diet. You'll lose about 15 lbs of water. Be safe.

Lose it for how long? The only super-fast way to lose weight is one of those body wraps. That takes pounds off, but it's only water weight and doesn't last long.

Go water weight. Try working out with lots of layers on and dont drink/eat very much if you can help it. Dehydration is a very unhealthy way to lose weight, yet it is very effective. Pair this with cutting out carbs and only eating veggies (no fruit!) and very lean meat (fish). Make sure that you take multivitamins so you dont hurt your body too much. and have a good meal as soon as you can.

eat 5 to 6 healthy meals a day. do NOT skip breakfast. cut out fat, sugars, soda.
