Who said He wanted it. The Almighty's plan was for men to be vegetarians. Humans insisted on eating meat.

In the beginning before the fall, God said :
"Look! I have given you the seed-bearing plants throughout the earth and all the fruit trees for your food. And I have given all the grasses and other green plants to the animals and birds for their food." And so it was.
Genesis 1:29,30
After the flood and the depleting of the nutrients from the soil, God said:
The fear and dread of you will fall upon all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air, upon every creature that moves along the ground, and upon all the fish of the sea; they are given into your hands. Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.
Genesis 9:2,3
The humane dispatching of animals is not the same as what you propose in a torturous living mutilation. Shame on you!

Never heard of it. If someone told you this, you should find out as much as you can and report them to the humane society in the area that it is happening.
God gave animals to us for comfort, love, companionship. His desire is for us to be vegetarians, as were ALL humans and animals at one time. Anyone who mistreats them or causes them to suffer, will have to answer to God for it.
Later, after the Great Flood, God said that we (people) have reign over all the earth and creatures and that we could use them for whatever we desire (including food). But, again, we are not to cause them to suffer during the process.

Its very very wrong to mistreat animals and ill fight it to my dieing breath but. The fact is we are designed to eat meat. In-fact if your a vegetarian you know that all the vitamins and minerals you loose form not eating meat you have to replace with something.
Besides meat is just so darn tasty. Bring on the bacon cheese burger.

I assume you're talking about the meat industry. What does that have to do with God? Take it up with the processing plants, or go whine to PETA. You know, deal with something that actually exists.

We have canine teeth which are only for eating meat, so I think it's natural that humans are carnivores.
