Depends on the girl. If like l a guy and am burning, I go up and kiss him or ask him out. Some girls that her shy will never know what to do and stew in silience. Some will smile into your yes and flirt with you. Just watch out for the signs. Learn to read girls body language.

Its hard to tell, girls (especially teens) try to hide the fact that they like someone. I guess they are embrassed or shy. if you really want to find out, just walk up to her and give her a flower. See her reaction

not a female, but from my perspective when a female likes me she hangs around me and we talk daily, just to break the ice, don't rush it and don't get your hopes up too high.

-Laughs at anything you say, even if its not funny.
