You should never take caffeine pills - especially not a pill and a Red Bull. Pick one or the other. I've read that caffeine stays in your body for about 6 hours and if you are taking two things than that would only double the amount of time the caffeine is in your system. You really should try to wean yourself off them all together.

Caffeine stays in your system for about 6 hours.

If you drink too much caffeine on a regular basis it will lose it's effectiveness and you will be overly tired because your body is worn out from being on caffeine.

Don't take any caffeine pills or drink Red Bull after 7PM.
