Well,
crap happens in war and the pilots made a mistake due to poor information.

Every serviceman knows this and lives with the risk.

The BIG mistake was the USA and MoD UK:

Did not releasing the cockpit video immediately

Compounded the fact by denying its existence.

Then tried to stop its release by saying it was 'classified'.

Now they deserve all that comes their way.
