Hey, What type of perm should i get if i want hair like Anne Hathaway in this picture?

Please, i love her hair here and have it in the same style, but i was wondering should i get it done as a perm, my hair is straight and doesn't stay curled if i use curling tongs (as in it only stays straight for 10 mins!)

they have so many types of perms for white peoples hair, ive seen some that make ur hair crimpy, like the girl said get a spiral one

Anne Hathaway?She is the great actress.. Has a good looking..very pretty.. I raelly love her smile :)
