well if you've been doing it a lot, your body is likely to start adapting to the routine, so you're going to burn less calories every time you do it. it would really depend on how rigorous the exercise is, how much you weigh, and how many muscles are involved, but i'd say you're burning at least 200-300, possibly more.

It depends on what type of video you are doing. Kickboxing, aerobics, step, circuit? It also depends on your weight/height, muscle mass, genetics and most importantly how much effort you are putting into it - if you are having to catch your breath or can go through without feeling winded. Your calorie burn can range anywhere between 400-600 calories. Also, if you've been doing it long enough your body is probably adapting to it and not burning as much as it could be by doing something else for an hour. Be sure to mix it up to get the best results.

The boot camp form. it won't be somewhat that plenty, or this is. might desire to the intensity and era-form bootcamp exercising gets your center fee bigger than conveniently working on a treadmill. i counsel sort's bikini physique bootcamp exercising DVD. you're able to do it at place of abode and that is particularly very no longer easy.
