what I mean by be no longer possible is: stimulation of B cell production; inflammation after tissue injury; presence of bacteria-killing chemicals in tears; or mainteneance of an acidic environment?

Living. You would in effect have no immune system. You could not fight off any infection, and the bits which are left would be out of control, potentially turning on your own cells. But then it is hard to wipe out ALL the T cells (TH1, TH2, TC,Tr and others)

Fighting off many viral, TB, fungal, and parasitic diseases would be impaired or impossible, many cancers would be more common. Basically, you'd go into the same condition as full blown AIDS.
