That sometimes involve killing people I hate as well as raping and torturing women. Is it okay to have them as long as I don't act out on them?

Well Without knowing you it is hard to say but going on what you say "that you are a nice guy" I would say that every guy has fantasy about this stuff to some degree because it is in your face all the time with TV and movies and even video games.But the thing that stands out tome is that it bothers you enough o post it on here so that tells me that it is at least worth sitting down and talking about with someone.You never know know what may come out and it may be nothing at all and it may be some pent up frustration but you don't know if you don't dig a little.I think if you were a bad guy then it wouldn't bother you and you would have acted on it by now.I hope this helped Good Luck

I really dont want to sound mean or like i'm judging, im sure you're a nice guy.
However, this doesnt sound all so normal, even if you dont act out on it. I think maybe just in case, you should see a therapist and get their professional opinion on if this is a problem or not.

I guess it depends on whether or not these "fantasies" are overtaking your thoughts. Do they happen when you're alone or with your girlfriend? How much time do you spend thinking about it?
Every now and again=normal...weird to me...but normal.
All the time/more than you'd like=time to talk to a professional!
