Internet provider's (Rogers) e-mail receives Russian messages correctly

you need to change the page encoding into Cyrillic. If you're using Explorer 7, click on the page icon and chose Encoding and find Cyrillic (there are 3 versions, see wich will make the page look right). If you have an older Explorer version, go to View and do the same , i.e. change the page encoding.

it seems like yahoo is haveing a problem since yesterday or the day before there have been a lot of posts about the same issue id give it a few days and im sure theyll get it taken care of just so you know though youll still get all your mail those messages wont prevent emails from comming to your inbox you just wont be able to tell from messenger for right now cause itll always say you have new mail

open a hotmail account for free and then forward the messages there as a easy temporary fix
