You'll have a great time in Disneyland. As for the other theme park, I recommend you go to Universal Studios Hollywood- It's a lot of fun and probably the 2nd best park in the area. Other park optiosn include Knotts Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain, or Sea World down in San Diego but Universal will be your best bet in my opinion and the closest too.
The other day you may want to look around LA and do site seeing in Hollywood or go to a beach (theres many right there). You can go shopping there as well they have many great places for that. If you want to venture away from L.A. you may want to go down to San Diego to go to the Zoo or you may also want to spend another day at Disney (there are two parks).
You can also spend your third day taking tours of t.v. sets such as warner brothers studios or maybe be an audience for a tv show taping (book these in advance- but they are free at least for some shows!)
Have Fun

The Hollywood History Museum, which is in the old Max Factor building just south of the Hollywood and Highland subway station, is one of the most fascinating museums you'll find anywhere. I'd also recommend you tour the Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank. That's not a theme park, but a behind the scenes tour of what making moveis and TV shows is really like.
If you like history, visit "El Pueblo" on Olvera Street, the remains of the original Spanish settlement that grew into the modern city. This is right across from Union Station in downtown L.A. The Peterson Automotive Museum and the La Brea Tarpits (both on Wilshire Boulevard, just west of downtown) are also interesting.
You might also go to one of the beaches or piers and check out the surfers.

Universal Studio is always a good themepark to go to. It's also very close to Hollywood and near other LA attractions. You can take the subway there too from downtown or anywhere in between. City Walk is a cool shopping/entertainment district right next to Universal Studios and there are several major movie studios you can tour like Warner Bros or Paramount.
If you want more thrill rides like roller coasters, Six Flags Magic Mountain is a really cool theme park north of LA in Santa Clarita.
After the themeparks Santa Monica and Beverly Hills are nice places to shop and dine. Santa Monica has a the 3rd street promenade and the pier so its worth checking out. Venice Beach is only a few miles south of Santa Monica and is worth a visit.

First Day: Disneyland!
Second Day: You should stay at the W hotel in Westwood because of its great location and as well as being in the top 25 best hotels in southern California. One of the best places for breakfest is Toast in West Los Angeles or even the gormet restaurant in the hotel. You Definintly have to go to the Getty Museum which has amazing architecture and probably the best and most peaceful view of Los Angeles. After that, you should head down to santa monica where I guarentee you will have alot of fun. Go to the pier and rent bikes to on the boardwalk. Sinse you guys are all girls, you will definently have alot of fun on Montana Ave. and 3rd street promanade where you can shop adn check out all of the amazing entertainment. But be prepared because 3rd steet can be a littel crazy and especially at night where it's intensely crowded and there are tons of street preformers. You should eat at Gladstones for lunch at sunset in Malibu. At night, visit the Grove in West LA and have dinner at Maurals.
Third day: If you want to visit another theme park. Go to Universal Studios in Hollywood. They are always filming movies there and when you go on the tram in the backlot, you will pass by sets like Desperate Housewives and Even Almighty and sound stages where there are always A list actors filming movies and you can always see their cars parked out front of the stages.
If you want to play sports or do something out doors, you should go to the pan pacific park or go running at runyon canyon to see some awsome sights of the city. Also a cool place is Griffeth park where the L.A. zoo is located and the hollywood sign and the newly re-opened observatory. There are a bunch of malls like the beverly center or Rodeo drive or downtown L.A. My favorite place is the beach because its really nice and chill. LA is known for having some of the best cusine in the country because of its diversity. Some good places are spago's, Koy, Dan Tana's, The Ivy, L'Orangerie and literally thousand of amazing restaurants throught the LA metro.

You could get more info at this website http://www.citypass.com
One day at the Disneyland is NEVER enough... And 4 days in LA? Is definitely not enough... I've been there for about a week and regret that we didn't prolong our stay.. hehe..
I got the Southern California City Pass that actually guides me to where i could go around the city... If you just had 2 days to spare, maybe you could get the Hollywood City Pass... And 1 more tip, do not ignore the brochures that could be found in your hotel lobby, in it you might find discounted cut out coupons to some of the city attractions...
Enjoy your trip guys....

Most visitors enjoy Venice Beach, weather permitting. It is so quintessentially L.A.
