noon and night plus what snacks that caused you to lose alot of weight?

I am a 25yr old Female 5'3" 110pounds.

i usually have one of the following 5 things. the lists start with the things i eat most often

breakfast:
(i wake up at 6am to go to work, and im not getting up any earlier to make breakfast, these are things that also work with my lifestyle)
1. bannana
2. oat meal
3. yogart
4. chex
5. boiled egg (from the night prior)

lunch
1. miso soup (made the night prior, or there is a sushi place near me that charges $1 for theirs).
2. salad with a boiled egg (i dont like dressing, i use pepper instead).
3. frozen dinner (usually a smart ones, out of all the frozen dinners i have tryed Smart Ones seem to taste more like fresh food).
4. tuna salad sandwich (i like celery and onions chopped in mine)
5. penut butter and jelly

dinner
1. rice and miso soup with a steamed veggie (usually green beens)
2. baked haddok with butter/ritz crackers with a steamed veggie and rice
3. homemade chicken noodle soup (usually after a cook a large chicken i make a ton of soup and freeze some of it to make it last longer)
4. pan fried fish
5. chicken cesar salad

snacks:
1. orange
2. strawberries
3. popcorn
4. italian ice
5. 1 peice of chocolate (im not a big on chocolate but somtimes i feel as if i cant make it to the next meal without a snack. one peice of chocolate is a nice treat and i have a bowl of them at work about 4 feet infront of me)

i was a size 6. i dropped to a four just buy cutting soda out of my diet. i now drink a ton of green tea and ice tea.

to keep my body tone i jog. many people hate that idea, but i really swear that jogging is the best thing you can do for you body.

the total portion of my meal never exceeds the size of two fists. its all i need. usually the veggies i eat make up the size of one fist.

the majority of my diet consists of:
rice, miso soup (contains mostly bean curd and seaweed), bananas, oranges, and fish.

about once a month i will go out and have cake and cocktails with my ladies. i will never cut somthing out of my diet completly if i like it. every now and then i will also take a sip of someones soda cause i crave the carbonation. i will also get take out every now and then when i want it. i just need to make sure i dont make a habit out of it.

this diet works for me.

I eat 5 to 6 small meals a day (monday to friday).
Breakfast: whole wheat cereal with 2% milk or whole wheat toast with egg.
Be REALLY strict the first two weeks :)

there are many diets out therer to reach different goals some people go on a bulking diet to get bigger a cutting diet to get cut and your normal diet to lose weight what are your goals?
