Of course it isn't offensive , type any way you like ,if it makes you happy , who cares what anyone else thinks
but i do think you need to come and look in the bins with me , passes the time nicely on a cold winters day .

i really do not imagine it truly is. merely fairly random. frequently human beings can take offense in an e-mail or textual content yet even as posting a question on Y!A it isn't unusual for someone to apply Caps with the intention to get human beings's interest.

Yes, all capital letters means you're shouting, the last letter in lower case means nothing, since you've already been boorish.

I did not find it offensive, it caught my eye, because of the larger letters, good idea for important questions, might use you idea, if I need a quick answer.

I always took large type as people who had vision problems. I used large type until getting contacts.

Its not offensive, but normally when people use all capitals it means they are shouting or really annoyed
