If you have a dual CD DVD drive on your computer, you just put your CD in one drive, blank CD in other (the DVD drive) and an option should pop up and you can select copy. If you don't have a dual drive, you need too open your CD in CD player in your computer, copy the file to a temporary file (create one before you start and remember where it is) on your hard drive, remove CD and insert blank CD and then write (or copy) the file to the new CD. You may have too format your new CD. If you need too format, your computer should prompt you too do so.
