John Henry was a thoroughbred horse born in 1975 and he was named after the folk hero John henry. He was a Keenland January graduate and sold for $1100. He went on to win over $6.5 million dollars and is currently living at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington. As far as getting a valuation on your piece, you could try Freeman Art at the address below. If they cant help you they should be able to put you on to the appropriate valuers.
