Running a government is a complex matter. I do not believe any single theory can effectively be used. Rather, government needs a continual retrofit and mixture of political philosophies in order to balance the needs of both the people being represented and the administration which manages government. To be specific I believe for government to operate at its best there must be a mixture of mostly Republic, a great dab of Democracy and a little pinch of Socialism. The U.S. already have these components in government. The balance is tilted in favor of these beliefs based upon the results of political elections. Unfortunately corruption occurs within any of the political beliefs. That's where economic beliefs come into play. Though I am an eager capitalist, a free market would be devastating to a society also, especially if monopolies where allowed to run amok. Thus the necessity of some government control becomes a necessity. Again, there has to be a balance of the three proven political beliefs. History has shown control by religious dogmas disrupt political, social and technological progress and development. Though I believe people should be allowed to practice their spiritual ideologies within the confines of their home, community, social networks, and allocated public places; such practices should be practiced without disruption to others who do not participate and do not condone such ideologies (another slight form of communism). These are difficult balances, but are necessary balances in order to preserve our system of government.
