I have never heard of this in regard to Beyonce. However, there is a book called "Healing for the Age of Enlightenment" which details a lemonade diet which I have used a couple of times. It involves drinking lemonade (good water, cayenne pepper, grade C maple syrup) only. It has some additional requirements like drinking a litre of salt water every morning (yechh but ....hmmm, to....hmmm.... spectacular results. I stayed on this for 16 days straight. I never felt better or had more energy (warts and skin tags disappeared and after initial joint pain, all joints felt better).

This was years ago and I am 56 with no health problems.

aka master cleanse....i used it to jumpstart my southbeach. it's great for a detox, but don't use it for a quick fix unless you're 100% certain you wanna change your lifestyle. i did it for 10 days and have been off of it for a week tomorrow. so far i've lost 18lbs and i feel fine. i happen to start off with www.itgirlguide.com then after buyin that ebook for 10 bucks i read more into everythin the book was talkin about. it's a nice guide for the money. as with any diet or change in eatin habits do your own resreach. make sure you know the in's and out's. lastly be ready for a change, because if you're not you will put the weight back on. good luck~!
