Jealousy usually stems from insecurity. If you are not secure of who you are or confident in who you are you will become jealous. When a person is jealous of someone who is perhaps talking to your significant other, an insecure person will feel threatened, and have a fear that the other person has the ability to take your insignificant other away because you lack in the confidence to keep her. You need an education in building up your self confidence and self esteem. Find out what exactly why you you are jealous and then deal with those issues. Immaturity also is a secondary reason for jealousy.

Yes...but none of them help. Jealousy can be overcome only through direct experiences positive and negative....a self-help book looks good on paper, but sucks in practice.

Lack of self image and insecurity are the causes of jealousy, so you may want to find material on those subjects.

Jealousy is the absense of Love. Either you aren't in Love? Or you feel like the other isn't. If there isn't Love. Fix it, or find someone that does Love you.
