9/10 of the time that 'hungry' feeling is a craving for carbohydrates. Try a supplement with Hoodia in it, but avoid green tea and all that other crap close to bed time.
Hoodia tricks your brain into thinking it has eaten carbs. Therefore your brain releases the satisfaction chemical without having taken in extra calories.
If you have even the slightest chance of developing hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia (diabetes) then you need to slow down on the carbs anyway, and add more protein to your diet. I'm not talking atkins here, I just mean avoid the twinkies and choose a peanut butter (not jelly) sandwich instead. Whole wheat is much better than white bread, too.

What time do u have your last main meal for the day?maybe your eating too early. U should eat your last main meal at least by 6:00PM if u are still hungry eat an apple or drink some water. It might be medical ask your doctor about it! Have you tried eating something healthy around that late time like a bowl of Special K cereal or a nutrigrain bar. Studies show that when people sometimes say their hungry they are actually thirsty. When your body is dehydrated and when your body is hungry they produce an apetite, one for food and the other for fluids your body could be fooling u.............

Its in basic terms approximately a hundred cals if i make it with water, and its friendly adequate to maintain me from tearing the kitchen aside.

I would suggest trying to eat more protein in your dinner. Since you are feeling hungary before you go to bed, that means you are not getting enough protein. It could also be that you are eating dinner too early? Try eating dinner before 7PM however not too early. I also like to drink decaf tea before I turn in for the night. There is no sugar, no caf. and helps me sleep. Plus, it helps to have something more in the stomach - keeps the body busy. Good Luck!

Three hours before going to bed, take lots of sour curd rice at the end of your dinner. Half an hour after dinner, swallow half a tablespoon of methi seeds with water. You should then not feel hungry.

Try Casein. It's a slow releasing protein and it will feed your body throughout the night. Most bodybuilders use it to keep their metabolism high and the body fed even when they're sleeping.
Good luck!
