find something that you can focus on.. look for suspenseful books.. that demand attention..... try golfing... you really need to focus for that... paint...

these qualities arent achieved overnight... they have to be worked at....

I think you're just young and learning how to cope with your own problems without any help. I used to be the same way- everything at work would just stress me out to the point where I would be yelling at people over the phone, crying at my desk, etc. Here's what I do now- just take one big deep breath when you are starting to feel stressed. Everything will seem to slow down a bit and you will be able to think things through more logically. Also, keep repeating this to yourself- "5 years from now I won't even remember today." Because it's true, you won't.

People will tell you to try meditation or yoga, but I don't think it sounds like you have the kind of personality where you would enjoy just sitting cross-legged on the floor, thinking about nothing. Instead, try a nice cup of hot chocolate or tea, and take a few moments out of your day to just relax on the couch and watch some stupid reality TV show or something. Good luck, hon!

I have this issue also since I am a freelancer and work from home now. I have found that I have to keep myself busy with something that I like each day. For an hour each day, I would suggest turning off all sounds in the house, getting into a room by yourself and doing a hobby. I like to sew, so that helps. In addition, I read or write stories. Just find something that you love to do and get away from everything that is around you. If you have kids, make your spouse or neighbor take the kids for an hour a day. You just need some time to relax a little. Good Luck!

Taking a deep breath - realising that it's not worth gettting stressed/anger/furious over - and as above, take Bach flower remedies, which are brilliant and offer instant calm (well, within 5 minutes for me!)
Also, take a look at the Australian Emergency Essence which is excellent also.
Life's too short to spend it fuming and fretting :)

YES

look at my website www.neenbachflower.co.uk

you need Impatiens, Clematis (for daydreaming) and a couple of other flower remedies too properly but you should be able to get those two from a chemist - Bach Flower remedies or you can get a mixture made up.
