I'm interested in a man whom I see at a local bar a lot -- on New Year's Eve at a party we "made out", and since he's been very attentive, talks to me a lot, and always gives me a good bye kiss, but hasn't asked me out - how do I take it to the next level? He seems interested, but it's hard for me to tell sometimes. After a few drinks he gets "touchier" and wants to talk a lot and we have shared a lot of information, but not phone numbers, etc. Help.

it's simple the guy is probably afraid to aproach you thats why he gets handsier after a few drinks and talks alot but he probably feels you wouldnt date him or see him if he asked so he is scared to ask you let him know your interested and that you like him that should give him the ego boost he needs and then you to should hit it off,besides nothing is as attractive as a aggressive woman

Ask him out , on a date that doe's not involve drink's , He like's you , but it seems alcohol loosen's him up. He may be shy too. Just take the plunge. hopefully you get the digit's after.

Next time you go out to the bar and he's there and you're chatting it up, ask him if he wants to go out sometime. You'll exchange numbers and poof... you've got yourself a date.
