its a 99 chrysler concorde with 72,000 miles ,black leather in very very good condition,selling for $$10,000 no dents ,damage or anything,,, should i buy or no??

Blue book is bullshit. NADA and Edmunds are consistently more realistic, but even they are hit-or-miss (their accounting for regional variations is often WILDLY inaccurate, but still better than KBB).

10 grand for just about ANY car from the big-three from 99 is too much. Especially a piggish, ugly FWD with an abysmal record of unreliability:

I hear if it's got a 2.7 v-6, stay away from it. Does not sound like a great deal anyway.

No Chrylers don't hold up. $ 5000,00 is the MAX. Look for a different brand.
