Unless you're talking about the H&R high interest, high fee loans that advance your refund, the timing depends on the IRS, not on H&R Block, once H&R files it.
The IRS accepting the return means that their computers have done some basic checks such as valid, non-duplicated social security numbers. If you had other errors, for example left off a W-2 or something, they'll catch that later. Their computers do review each return, but the detailed review waits for later. So having your return accepted doesn't mean that nothing is wrong that won't be found later, in a few months or even a year or more.
If you have your refund direct deposited into your bank account, it should be there in 2 weeks, probably less. The IRS does the deposits on Fridays. If you get a paper check in the mail, it will take another week plus the time for the mail to get to you.

IRS does not differentiate between the e-file from HR block and other e-file providers. All tax return are treated equal by their computers. They ack the recepit of the tax return and process the files in approx 2 weeks time.

That means that the IRS received the return and has brought it into their system. If you go to irs.gov and hit "Where's My refund" it will tell you when to expect your return. I e-file mine last Thursday (2/1) and my refund should be direct deposited into my checking account on Friday. I also diled state ones through them (for State of CT) and actually received my refund in my checking account on Sat AM...they are fast.
The returns are checked by computer, so it does make the process much faster.

It means your return was accepted and not rejected. Some reasons for rejection are incorrect SSN#'s or incorrect birthdates. Accepted is a good thing. If you are doing the 10-14 day filing, it should take that long, 10-14 days.
