It's definitely Continental! The on time service is recognized as being the top airline (especially for business travelers). Plus, they have a low rate of lost/damaged luggage.

Depends on what you are looking for.

I love Flexjet25. If you want to use a private plane, but really don't want to buy your own plane, it is the way to go. Perfect for helping your clients and employees, get to where you need them. Really a great company.

If you are talking more of a commercial flight, I have had the best experience with AirTran, which is somewhat surprising because their rates are so low. Their service is much better than the other airlines I have used, the staff is always great and they seem to offer really good flights for a lot of differnet flight options.

Best airlines: Northwest Airlines, American Airlines, Air New Zealand, KLM. JetBlue is really good, too, but they always seem to be MORE expensive for me (contrary to popular belief). Continental is also becoming really good.

United is the worst, Southwest is a close second.

Jet Blue - not only for the tv you can watch while in-flight, but the staff. They seem genuinely HAPPY to have you flying with them - a benefit not seen on many other airlines.

KLM. They have consistently exceeded my expectations, in small and subtle ways, as I have racked up about 30 segments with them over the last 5-6 years.

JetBlue! They have satellite television that really helps pass the time. I wish they were more convenient at my home airport.
