I have the w2's from my two biggest incomes last year, but Im waiting one 1 more but it was for only like 3 weeks, and I really need the money from my return now. Can I file now based on the two w2's I have now and when Ii get my other one can I refile an ammended return to claim that income when I do get them?

It's illegal to do that on purpose. Would you get away with it? Probably. But you should have your other W-2 any day now, so it wouild be a real good idea to keep it legal.

No, you need all W2s to file a valid return. Fact is, if you file now and amend later it's more likely that you'll OWE, not be getting a refund on the 3rd W2.

i guess technically you could do it, but you should have the last w-2 very shortly. If you're in that big of a hurry, at least guess what you think you earned at the other job and include that as income, and attach a statement to your return explaining the situation.
