Give her time, she is still getting used to her new surroundings. Eventually she will come around. Make sure you make her feel comfortable and loved. Maybe give her some treats when she is around you. It may help speed up the process.

well Ive got two cats at home a female and a male Ive had them since they were born (they are from the same litter), the male is a little less affectionate but once in a while he is loving, it just takes time for them to get use to you try handing the female a treat or a sock to play with and she may come closer so u can pet her...dont worry she'll warm up to you... =)

I will agree.. Give it time... how ever you have to reach out to her pick her up hold her, pet her... If you just leave her be she will not just one day decide to be friendly with you. She is behaving as a ferrel kitten does. She needs contact and reassurance. Do play with her brother in front of her, let her see that it is good and that he is happy. But make sure you are reaching out to her everyday put your hands on her. She will learn from your contact and watching you with her brother that this is a good thing. Good Luck

i think of it superb to place the kitten (in case you may drag him from below the cloth cabinet) into his very own room....with a mattress, nutrition, water and muddle container. That way he might nicely be comfortable as he gets used to his new homestead. remember to spend a while in his room via your self enjoying and bonding with him. as quickly as he's no longer hissing at you, then, i might start to introduce him to the different pets. i prefer to propose letting him meet the different pets via sniffing them under the door, and steadily cracking the door so they might sniff/greet one yet another.

Don't push her she is just still unsure about humans. Males usually come round sooner than females do even at that young age.

She will in her own time. Just let her do her own thing & when she's ready to bond with you she will. Cats are like people & have their own distinct personalities.

They just have to get used to you.
Go slow, but not too slow.
Buy them treats,
play with them,
buy them kitten toys, etc.

My cat was like that with me at the start. He preferred my husband cause he knew him longer as it was his cat originally. I promise you be nice to your cat and he will love you in time. Ironically my cat prefers me to my husband now :)
