It's a culture thing.
Although it's not specific to only black people, they are also the ones I notice most being rude and disruptive. I haven't gone to a movie in years because I simply can't enjoy it when I have groups of people around me talking through the whole movie. Perhaps it's a geographical thing, but where I live, it is mostly black women doing the talking.

What a rude and racist question. The answer is "no." If you insist upon pinning rude and obnoxious behavior on a group of people, try a group of young people. However, I believe there is NEVER an ocassion when a whole group of people can be fit neatly into a tidy little box that applies to the whole race, the whole religion, the whole ethnic group, etc. Since the majority of the population is white, I'd say I'm most likely to seeing white persons being rude or obnoxious, but that's just based on the law of probabilities. This question is disgusting and I'm a white male.

Ive not in any respect seen a black woman be impolite, yet they're frequently the countless maximum stressful human beings contained in the international. no longer all black females, yet once you've seen them they're loud and merely stressful

black women are generally loud and i dont understand why they are in a rush to pull out the race card. I was standing in line at Walmart when the black woman infront of me paid with a check and I think it's a rule everywhere to ask for an ID when presented with a check. The man behind the counter did exactly that and the black woman threw a fit until the manager (another black woman) came and let her go and told the guy behind the counter that he doesn't need to ask for ID.

I'm not so sure..I've seen a lot of awfully noisy Chinese people in restaurants.
I'm not sure quite what is so dreadful about laughing out loud.
Perhaps you should move to Switzerland.
They have laws against fun there.

Obviously you & srbunce dont venture to far outside your lilly white box...go to a predominatly hispanic neighborhood, go to chinatown, go to an arabic restaurant & see. People have a tendency to talk loudly when they are comfortable & are free with themselves. You on the other hand have low self-esteem & are scared of other races. What happened to you in your life to make you so stupid & racist...& srbunce you are not better than any one...& with the comments you're making show just how little class you have.

i dont really usually pay attention. However I was at lunch one day and there was a single black lady sitting next to me and my co-worker. Our food came out and she accused the waiter of bringing our food out first because she was black. I am white and my co-worker is from Aruba. She waited until the waiter brought her food out, made a scene and then left without eating or paying.
Its sad that everything now days has to be about race. We both had salads, I am not sure what she had ordered, but salads dont take that long to prepare.

II can't believe people are actually responding to this as is it were a legitimate question of etiquette. The questioner and any responders attempting to hang tags on other socio-economic group are committing racist acts. (Notice I did not say they were racists, because that would be labeling a group because of a single action. And that would be wrong.) .

usually not older black women, but teens, yes. I was at an IHOP once with my fiance and the 4 teens there were yapping so loudly we could barely hear each other. When the waiter brought one (very large) girl her fries she said, "I'm not paying 5 dollars for that! Fill that basket up!" and practically shouting at the poor waiter. Of course I have seen white teens act obnoxious at restaurants too.

first of all, let me just say that i am a bartender and i have seen plenty of ppl act foolish regardless of race. some black ppl tend to speak loudly but its not bc they are trying to be rude. its a cultural thing. alot of black ppl are just more enthusiastic and gesture more when they communicate. asian ppl tend to be more quiet and reserved. but i have seen asians act up in public, and most black ppl i have served have been very polite and considerate. are you seriouslt saying you have never seen white girls act foolish? lol you need to get out more.
