Sound like you have low blood pressure. If you feel tired, I'd take a nap. Maybe eat a power bar before your workout.

Well I feel cold after 30 minutes because I am sweating and the cold air (unless you in Florida its cold outside!!) hits me and I shudder so yeah cold is normal.
Sleepy that is odd I usually feel a bit more energized, are you drinking water afterwards? I mean you just lost salt and minerals from sweating you should be drinking something to replace that loss a glass of Gatorade even. maybe that will make you feel better.

I used to feel like that. I think its beacuse we were just sweating and our body temperature was more elevated and maybe like a couple hours you might feel cold because your pores are wide open from the heat , chances are u were probably drinking water, and your sweat glands might still be producing sweat even after u worked out. So sweat glands and open pores can become more sensitive to air, thats why u might feel cold ( and when I drink alot of water at one time i tend to feel cold too). If u drink water while working out try to avoid putting ice in it..Then again It just might be how your body reacts to the work out ,try turning the heat on afterwards. Esepecially after cardio your body can really start to drag, did u try protein shakes and drinks that u can drink afterwards and u feel rejuvenated, I've even heard if u eat fruit right after your wokout that might give u a little energy, like grapes, celery, oranges, limes, certain berries, certain fruit bars and cereal bars....go to gnc.com also take multi-vitamins.....

Exactly, you feel energetic when you workout. But you burn all the energy you have left.. Try eating something small an hour before you work out or 20 minutes after. Im talkin a protein bar, shake, pretzels and water, rejuvenate yourself. Protein helps alot to build up your body after you break it down.

blood sugar is low and the adrenaline u had during hte workout (why u feel energized) starts to fade when u stop working out
