Its better for your health to add no sugars or sweetners, I put a wedge of lemon in my water just to give it a little taste, not so it tastes like juice, which most are loaded with sugar. Lemon water is great for detoxing. Give it another try. Wash the lemon and add a wedge with the peel left on. It's especially good when you add it to your water bottle and let it sit a little....and you can refill your bottle with water and keep that same lemon wedge.

Its funny, but for some reason I can drink flavored water easier than plain water. I'm like the other poster, add some sweet & low if you need to.
