When I first met her. Within the last 2 weeks she has become really distant. She even said that if I didn't want to put up with her I didn't have to. Recently a kind of distant friend died and she is also stressed about her living far from work. Is she basically telling me to get lost or can stress really affect a girl this much that she can't be affectionate?

She was a lot nicer to me on the phone yesterday after she heard good news about a place she really wants to live. So she seems to go from one extreme to the other. When she is in a good mood or drinking, she is very affectionate, when she is stressed, not so much.

If anything, she should be more atuned to you if she is really stressed. She should ask you for help and to help calm her down. If she told you that you didn't have to put up with her if you didn't want to, then she either really needs you and wants YOUR affection, or she really doesn't want to be with you. Try showing her how much you are there for her and want to help her with her stress. If she doesn't respond to that, then I'm sorry to say that you might be wasting your time.

Well how long have the two of you been going together? It all depends. If it's only been for a short time, then I say let her go and do what makes you happy. Don't let her being stressed stress you out. It's not worth it. And for her to say that you don't have to put up with her, that's like saying she wants you to dump her because if she really wanted to be with you, she would have asked you to work with her while she was dealing with whatever it is that she is dealing with. Stress can affect someone, but I feel as if she is just using it as a scapegoat.

Stress can do alot of things! Yes, it could affect her feelings towards you. I doubt she's telling you to get lost, but you should probably be upfront and just ask her. Who knows if you don't ask, maybe you are adding to her stress in some way without even knowing it!

He tried to get on your pants and failed. He got here rapid questioning he'd get some and did no longer. Now he would not communicate to you.... Hmmm... flow on and discover somebody who will appreciate you. and don't continually settle for the 1st ingredient that comes alongside. What you may've completed became into tell him you will see him yet all over lower back and kicked him to the cut back!

Yes, when you're stressed out it definitely affects you. There was one time when my boyfriend (he's now my husband) & I had nowhere to go (literally- we were both put out at the same time; by my sister and by his mother) and I was so frightened and worried because we were sleeping in my work (a video club) and it's really horrible when you're like that. whenever he tried to touch me, I'd snap at him cuz I wasn't at ease, I WAS AFRAID!
Don't hold it against her unless she really doesn't want to be with you.

Sounds like she's in a DEEP depression, Try talking to her you try being the affectionate one. If you really love her stay with her and tell her you'll help her through this.
