You have to apply for the daughter separately. Good luck with that!

This is a job for the Immagration Office, form the Embasy, of from wherever your fiance obtained her paperwork. Find out what paper work, etc., you need to obtain, to solve the problem (I can only assume that it is a matter of time, since I would think that your fiance has been working on getting her daughter to come too, right?)...directly from them...not here.

The final time he replace into deported, he replace into instructed that he could not re-enter for a definite form of years. he will could wait until eventually that factor era is up earlier he can stick to for immigration, whether he marries you. After 3 deportations, the subsequent time he's caught illegally, he would be sent to detention center for some years and then deported lower back with an eternal ban on immigration or visitation.

It should be on it. Was the child listed on the I-129? Was the child listed on the bio data sheet? I do not believe you have to apply separately for the child.

Contact the NVC and find out why the child wasn't approved for a visa.

well try to go get her a Visa, because she doesn't apply in your fiances petition unless you added her but I never hear or read such thing can be posible...Why? The one that is your fiance is the one that you are going to marry not one us...So try to get her a Visa for separate...That is the best thing to do...Good luck!!!
