Since you have used "wanna", I take it it is meant to be an informal, familiar, casual sounding, matey or "cool" invitation so: "T'as envie d'aller voir un film?"or "Tu veux voir un film?"

If you want to be a bit more sophisticated;"As-tu envie d'aller voir un film?" or " Veux-tu aller voir un film?"

(Automatic translations from websites are often inaccurate and even some answers from people who say they are French can be so too. Checking their Q and As gives one a fair idea of how good their French is.)

Depends whether formal or informal. Informal is probably best - tu veux regarder un film au cinema? Or formal would be voulez-vous regardez un film au cinema? (I think).
