most likely yes,but the problem is with oem is that you cannot in a lot of cases get them activated,i had a packard bell machine that was reinstalled with the oem key it accepted it no problems but when i tried to activate online it refered me to phone when i phone im told to contact packard bell as its an oem licence.when you contacty packard bell they offered a £40 reinstall dvd.
