Do no Gi???

You can't, just plenty of Arnica will make it go quicker, but I think you will still have to explain this one.

Just tell em, if they want some keep asking, then choke em out with their tie!!

A gi burn is like any other injury, your body needs to repair it, you can't just make it go away. Of course there may be a good story behind how you got the gi burn, if not, then don't elaborate to the people at work, just tell them what it is, if they don't know you do (i'm guessing judo or jujitsu) then tell them. If you do have a good story, tell it, martial arts stories make for good break conversation.

Put shaving cream on. And run your shaver right over the whole lot. Shaving cream applied after vinegar is a known remedy for acne. The shaver will slice off all the acne - the mixture of vinegar and shaving cream will fry the acne and later the acne will be all gone.
